We ran out of wine a few nights ago 🙁 and Big P made me this cocktail with LeBlon – a Brazilian Rum. Whoa! You have to try this. (Thank me later.)
LeBlon
Add 1/2 of a lime cut into 4 wedges
2 tp of superfine sugar or 1 oz simple syrup
Mash well into a juicy slurry
Fill the rocks glass with ice
Pour 2 ounces of Leblon Cachaca over the ice
Shake well for 5-10 sec
Garnish with a slice of lime and serve with a smile 😀
