The house is located inside a gated property shared with one identical villa: only the private parking area is shared. Each villa has its own private garden, pool (3.5×5 m) and pétanque court, separated by an opaque divider to ensure privacy.
The bright living area is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace and pool. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two singles), each with its own bathroom and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet and a laundry room.
