In the heart of the south west, located in a small hamlet, our charming stone house will be an ideal place for relaxation. Ideally located, you can enjoy with family or friends of our beautiful region.
Housing
We have taken care to fully restore our house to bring you the charm of the old and all the comfort necessary to make you have a good stay.
INTERIOR:
On the ground floor, you will have a large living room with open kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, with DVD player, WIFI connection, stereo.
The kitchen is equipped: oven / hood / gas hob / dishwasher / American fridge / filter coffee maker and nespresso / kettle / toaster / microwave and all the equipment necessary for cooking.
You will have a relaxation area with a desk and a library (books, board games, children's toys ...)
A cellar will be at your disposal with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack ...
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a 160 bed (quality bedding) and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom (sloping ceiling) has a 140 bed.
The third bedroom will be for a single person (bed 90) with a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, a large walk-in shower and a toilet.
BABY EQUIPMENT: travel cot with real mattress, bathtub, high chair, changing mat and bed sheet.

You can enjoy your meals on the outdoor terrace or under the covered terrace.
You will have a plancha, a lounge, parasol, deckchairs ... to make the most of the fenced garden closed by an electric gate.
A games frame, a ping pong table and bikes will delight young and old.
You can park your car in the parking lot of the house.
Sheets and towels are included in the stay, on arrival the beds will be made.

You will be in the heart of the Lot et Garonne, you will have the choice between visits to the surrounding villages, stroll along the lot with the Clairac beach, golf, thermal baths of casteljaloux, nautical activities, casino, walibi, aqualand ...
In summer, farmers' markets are organized in the surroundings and village festivals. You will be able to know our gastronomy and our local products ...
Our house is located in the countryside but you can go on foot to do your shopping (crossroads, bakery, caterer ..) and for larger walkers, you will only have to cross the lot to access the village (post office, bank , bar, hairdresser, press, restaurants ...) and Clairac beach with its restaurant.
