Ideally located on the edge of the Vioreau forest (240 hectares) and its lakes, this cottage, known as "Le Champs des Oiseaux," has recently been renovated with an eco-friendly approach: the use of recycled and ecological materials (paint), second-hand furniture (Emmaus, garage sales, etc.), and recycled furniture, including its 1970s kitchen. Adjoining another house, this cottage is a true place of tranquility and rejuvenation where you can walk and explore a protected natural area. Just 1 km away, you will find the "Vioreau Pleine Nature" leisure center, open during the summer (no fishing allowed). For longer excursions, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km, and Nantes 45 km. Everything in this cottage harmoniously combines comfort, nature, and authenticity, while respecting the surrounding area.

Ground floor: living room (fireplace with insert), separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: two 80x200cm twin beds with private bathroom, 2: two 80x200cm twin beds, 3: 90x190cm bed with direct garden access), bathroom, and 2 separate toilets. Some ground floor rooms are accessible via two steps.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190cm bed, 2: 140x190cm and 90x190cm beds), shower room/toilet.
