This detached house, built on a 300 m² plot in a quiet neighborhood, has been completely renovated. It features a large garden with bicycle racks and a beautiful sheltered terrace of approximately 20 m², equipped with a barbecue for your vacation.
You enter through a bay window with direct access to a beautiful, bright, modern, and fully equipped open kitchen. Following this, you will find a large dining table and a seating area in the corner. The decor is modern and the materials are of high quality. Also on the ground floor, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. There are large storage cupboards in the hallway leading to these two rooms (the front door of the house opens onto this hallway).
The sleeping area is located upstairs and consists of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with 140cm beds, and the third has two 90cm beds that can be joined to make a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes, and two of them have a large adjoining balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the garden.
A second (more spacious) bathroom and an additional separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

By taking the only road or cycle path that leads to the beach, you arrive on the esplanade overlooking the ocean.
We hesitate between the warmth of the sand which invites rest and the sea baths which are conducive to relaxation with their iodized spray, or invigorate thanks to the waves acting as a real natural "thalassotherapy".
