The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a desk, the second has a 140x190cm bed, and the third has two 90x190cm beds, a desk, and a children's play area. You'll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet. Heating in the living room is provided by reversible air conditioning. The bedrooms have electric heating.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a deckchair, and a children's swing.
Baby equipment is available: an outdoor table and chairs for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a bathtub, and a changing mat.

For nature lovers, you can enjoy marked hiking trails in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy treetop adventures in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St. Léon-sur-Vézère, and tennis in Azerat. Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in the greenery of the Azerat swimming pool (supervised) or the Coucou pond in Hautefort.
