First floor: bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower and WC separated by a door. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds and a bedroom with 1 x 90x190 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Electric heating. A millstone can still be seen in the garden of this renovated former mill. A stream called "Le Caudeau" is just 50 m from the gîte.

Located in a valley classified as a "natural site to be protected", it seemed obvious to us to revive old stones and a forgotten corner of Périgord.
