Collodi, a quiet village in the mountains, became famous thanks to the author of the children's book Pinocchio, who named himself after the village. A visit to the park is a special treat for all Pinocchio fans. In Pistoia you can find shade and cooling in the arcades of the impressive Piazza del Duomo, and be close to the ancient history of this city.
