Beautiful, spacious and elegant villa in Moulleau for 12 people, it will be the perfect cocoon for your stay in the Basin!
Close to the famous village of Moulleau, its shops and its beach, this contemporary villa with a privileged location will offer you a comfortable and quality stay!
Entirely turned towards the outside, your holidays will be relaxing and unforgettable!
VILLA LAYOUT
Access the villa via its outdoor terrace and enter the bright and spacious living room with direct access to the garden, which also serves as a dining room. Off the living room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. A classic filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine are available.
Behind the kitchen is the first sleeping area where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms of this main level.
There are four bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (160 cm) and two beautifully renovated bathrooms. The first shower room has a walk-in shower, a double basin and a separate toilet. The second shower room has a walk-in shower, a single basin and a WC.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together. These bedrooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower and a single washbasin, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and single washbasin. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.
Pleasant and spacious, each of the rooms allow their occupants to claim a certain comfort, and its own intimacy while privileging the calm.
EXTERIOR
The shaded terrace of the villa will allow convivial meals outside and will guarantee you a little coolness during the hot summer afternoons.
You can enjoy its long dining table and 12 chairs for your meals and aperitifs with family or friends.
A garden lounge for 6 will also offer a relaxation area, completed by a hammock on a base, a second relaxation area with 4 solariums and a final rest area with 4 chairs and a coffee table.
A Weber barbecue will allow you to enjoy grilled food during the hot summer afternoons, and the petanque court will be perfect for waiting before lunch.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
On arrival, towels and household linen will have been freshly prepared and installed (included in the rental price). For a two-week stay, a linen change and a cleaning are included in the price, and will take place according to your availability and that of our cleaning team.
The services available are multiple, notably thanks to the terrace and the garage which can accommodate 2 vehicles.
A hairdryer is available in each bathroom, as well as ironing equipment (table, iron, dryer).
For the youngest, two cots are available, as well as a baby mattress and a wooden high chair.
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the property.
LOCATION
You can reach the famous village of Moulleau, its shops and restaurants in only 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 3000€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Solène, a native of the region, will be present on arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.
