The stay fees included in the rate cover a welcome kit, the complete provision of bed linens, a mid-week cleaning service for your comfort, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning. For each additional week, an amount of €810 will be added, covering the weekly renewal of bed linens and the cleaning service. This amount should be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).
A security deposit of €4000 is required, either by check provided on the day of arrival or by bank transfer received no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
