L'appartamento si trova in zona Stadio, vicino al Dipartimento di Psicologia (15 minuti a piedi); collegato bene al centro città (20 minuti in autobus); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, banca, bar tabacchi, (hidden)ppartamento, al secondo piano, oltre alle camere, ha 3 bagni, tutti con doccia, cucina (con lavatrice e 2 frigoriferi) e zona giorno, il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc etc., ovviamente tutto nuovo!
La camera, graziosa e luminosa, ha pavimento in parquet, letto, comodino, armadio, scrivania con seduta, specchiera, attacco tv e Wi-Fi.
PREZZO AL MESE TUTTO INCLUSO! Cosa vuol dire tutto incluso?
