The main house is all on one level, with the exception of the office. It features 3 large double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a spacious open kitchen and dining room, perfect for entertaining.
All the rooms in the main house benefit from pretty French windows opening onto a long, partially covered terrace that runs along the front of the property and overlooks the garden with uninterrupted views, making this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Périgourdine countryside.
The studio annexe which has a small open kitchenette, double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath, a large shower, WC and washbasin and can be booked for an additional fee.
Outside, steps lead down to the private heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a small summer kitchen with a covered dining area that is ideal for al fresco dining.
The property has air-conditioning and a large parking area.
