Villino Simona’s colourful stained glass doors, decorative mouldings and decorated ceilings reflect the Viareggio Liberty (Art Nouveau) style. Its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it perfect for two families. The bedroom walls are painted in typical Tuscan shades and the bathrooms have bright colours and floral decorative tiles, which together with the many French windows and skylight at the top of the stairs create a light and relaxing atmosphere. Outside is a shaded courtyard and there is second floor terrace for sunbathing or relaxing. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within 5 minutes walk. Villino Simona is a typical townhouse in the Viareggio Liberty (Art Nouveau) style. The front door leads into a comfortable quiet sitting room with decorated ceilings. In front there is colourful stained glass entrance to the dining room, with an extendable table for mealtimes. For eating al fresco, there is a shaded courtyard next to the kitchen. The galley kitchen has cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, while the washing machine is in the courtyard. Near the stairs is a small bathroom including a floor shower. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor. On the right there is a double bedroom and a corridor leading to a large bathroom with shower and bath tub. At the end of the corridor there are steps leading up to the sun terrace. On the left there are two twin bedrooms with wardrobes, and small balconies overlooking the street. There is a bathroom with a shower on the landing. On the next floor there are two spacious bedrooms, but with sloping ceilings, so more appropriate for younger visitors.
