We propose you to rent, on the commune of Vianne, this beautiful property with swimming pool and Nordic bath, of a surface of 345 m ² and being able to accomodate to 15 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 55 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 55 m² facing south with dining area, sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided).
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee machine...
- A second dining room adjoining the kitchen.
- An equipped gym.
- A toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1, a double bed (140x190) with open bath.
- Bedroom 2, 3 and 4, one double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 5, four double bunk beds (140×190).
All rooms are south facing.
- Two bathrooms with shower.
- Two separate toilets.
Outside :
- A 20mx6m swimming pool (unheated) open from mid-June to mid-September (dates not contractual) having two alarm systems. The pool will be private between June and September and shared between October and May.
- The pool house will be at your disposal privately between June and September. Between October and May, the pool house is rented and will not be available.
- A private Nordic bath for 8 people available all year round.
- A beautiful garden of 30 000 m².
- A private terrace of 20m² with furniture (for 10 people) to enjoy the beautiful days.

- In summer (1st June-30th September): Gîte with 9 double beds, sleeps 15 (swimming pool, Nordic bath, sports room, billiard room).

The house is ideally located in Vianne, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
