The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, and also Nespresso, american and traditional Mocha coffee maker. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a Smart TV, highrise chair and a cot for kids.
Just beyond Viale Europa, Il Cantuccino is located in the suburbs of Florence. The city center is reachable in 15 minutes (Piazza Beccaria parking lot) by car, or less than 30 by bus.
The neighborhood of Gavinana and the shopping center of the same name are less than 5 minutes away by car, 10 by bus, 15 on foot.
It is also a perfect base for excursions into Chianti, less than 20 minutes' drive away, or to visit the other beautiful Tuscan cities like Siena, Volterra, Pisa.

- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
