First floor: landing bedroom (2-person bed 160 x 200 cm, separable). Adjoining room opening onto garden with dining table. Electric heating included. Shared laundry room, flower-filled garden and adjoining parking lot shared with the owner. Private fishing pond with wood and picnic tables 1 km away (accessible on request). Backyard birds on site and in the pond. A former village cooking ground until the 100-year war, the gite is perfect for a couple with a young child. The garden is sumptuous, designed by Claude Serais, with various areas for seclusion. Situated in the heart of the village, your host will be delighted to tell you all about the history of La Carneille, why not take a historical walk through its wood and fishing pond... and you'll no doubt end the evening with a friendly game of Russian billiards!
