Description
Villa Mimosa is situated in Ansedonia, a seaside resort in the Maremma area, just 5 minutes from the beach.
The property is a real heavenly place: natural hues of white stones and colourful Mediterranean flowers harmoniously blend into the deep blue of the sea below.
Inside the garden (about 6000 sqm extending along three sides) you will find a dining table for 12 people and several shaded nooks and crannies where you can relax while sipping a glass of wine or reading a book.
The beautiful wave-shaped pool (18x12 m) is surrounded by plants and flowers and equipped with sunbeds and parasols. From here, guests can enjoy amazing views over the promontory of Monte Argentario and the old fishing village of Porto Ercole.
Villa Mimosa also boasts a large veranda (porch), furnished with sofa and armchairs, dining table, barbecue and outside oven, for tasty alfresco meals sheltered from the sun, while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea below.

The promontory of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano are a few kilometers away: splendid white sandy beaches and idyllic coves with crystal clear waters makes this coastal area a real paradise even for divers.
Moreover, from Porto Santo Stefano daily boats set off to discover the Tuscan Archipelago, including Giglio Island (a real gem in the Mediterranean sea) and Giannutri Island.
Along the coast (9 km) you will find the WWF Oasis of Burano (410 hectares), rich in flora and fauna, with its lake and protected species.
Another lake to visit is Lake Bolsena (90 km), the biggest lake of volcanic origin in Europe having some of the most enchanting and striking landscapes of the area.
You can also reach the nearby Natural Regional Park of Maremma (28 km), uncontaminated heaven of many animal kind, characterised by a rich landscape of woods and frequent spots.
For wellness lovers, there are several spas such as Sorano (66 km) and Saturnia (56 km) with its sulphurous water at 37° C.

Interior Description
The villa (400 sqm), spread over 2 floors and furnished throughout in perfect Italian style, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: This floor consists of a spacious and cozy living area with large French windows (leading to the outdoor veranda), comfortable sofas, fireplace, tv and lovely parlour for card games.
Following a dining room (with wooden table) and kitchen (with direct access to the rear garden), fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is an useful laundry room and a small bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), ideal for staff.
A discreet door on the right side of the main living room leads to the sleeping area consisting of: a master bedroom (with flat TV and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub), a double bedroom (with adjacent bathroom with shower), a twin and a double bedroom (both with ensuite bathroom with shower).
First floor: You can reach the top floor by two stairways (one internal and one external). Here you will find another twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a large roof terrace from which you can admire stunning views of the sea below.
Included free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens.
