Originally built in the year 1000AD, the villa has undergone a lengthy and meticulously conceived restoration. Today, as a result, guests may enjoy the extraordinary views provided from its unique Tuscan hilltop location. This gorgeous villa, which has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities, has all the comforts that one might want for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday.
ACCOMMODATION: The villa is rented as one house (500 square meters) but is composed of two separate flats, which are connected by an interior door:
Ground floor: Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom. One spacious double bedrooms, on bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower. Single bedroom/study room.
First floor: Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom. A master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower.
The villa has been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look. It has been equipped with heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, BBQ, ceiling fans (the bedrooms and the kitchen), automatic gate, car parking area and a spacious independet garden.
GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: You can enjoy of a spectacular swimming pool (with salt water and measure 7,3×3,3 mt and 1,4 mt deep). On the entrance steps to the pool are whirlpool jets.
The outside area is furnished with sun beds, rocking chairs, a super relaxing double hammock, table and chairs… with an amazing view on the Florentine hills!

The price includes: electricity, water and gas for cooking; weekly change linen and towels; Wi-Fi internet connection; firewood (one basket); baby cot and high chair (only on request).
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): city tax: Euro 1 per person per night for the first 6 day of stay; heating (if used): on consumption.
Extra services (upon request): firewood: Euro 7 per basket; daily change of linen: Euro 7 per person per change; daily change of towels: Euro 5 per person per change; extra cleaning: Euro 35 per hour/person.
Late check-in: after 7 p.m. extra charge of € 50.

Air conditioning available in the villa's bedrooms, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, excluding the study bedroom. Therefore guests will have access to both ceiling fans (included in the price of the stay) and AC (on request) with an extra price of € 400/week to be paid by cash at check-in.
