This recently built, fully air-conditioned house is located in a quiet hamlet, on a cul-de-sac. It is a semi-detached house with a year-round rental and a private 800 m² garden. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen open to the living room with TV and internet access. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. (There is a step between the living room and the bathroom and toilet.) A laundry area adjoins the kitchen with a washing machine. You'll have a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a large walk-in closet opening onto the terrace, and an open-plan bedroom on the mezzanine with two adjustable 90x190 cm beds.

Baby equipment, a travel cot, and a high chair are provided.

Hiking enthusiasts will have a choice on site. You'll enjoy the 'La Dronne' river, classified as a first-class river, for the pleasures of fishing and canoeing.
