Moi c est Guillaume le proprio,coloc,gardien,etc..j ai vécu 10 ans en coloc dans une maison de 10 chambres et j ai adoré donc je recommence !
Je bosse dans le conseil (cgp) et dans ma vie d avant j étais plutôt dans la construction mais je bricole encore pas mal
On est une coloc mixte multiculturelle etudiant jeunes salariés dans une maison comprenant 5 chambres salon terrasse jardin
L ambiance est conviviale dans le respect du travail de chacun
Le loyer est de 550 euros incluant la totalité des charges(sauf pour les courtes durées de moins de 3 mois) y compris l assurance responsabilité civile locative
La maison est équipée de 2 frigo et une cuisine moderne bien équipée une machine à laver le linge fer à repasser sèche cheveux clim appoint dans le salon
