The villa is surrounded by sun-drenched terraces overlooking the gardens, thoughtfully furnished with outdoor lounges, dining areas, and a large parasol—perfect for long, relaxed meals under the open sky. A covered terrace offers a more intimate seating area, ideal for quiet moments at any time of day.
The interior is thoughtfully arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with a cosy reading lounge, a comfortable sitting room, and a spacious living room with a fireplace. There are also two beautifully appointed kitchens, each with its own dining area—perfect for sharing convivial meals.
This level also features two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room, one of which includes a toilet, as well as two separate guest toilets.
Upstairs, a first landing leads to two double bedrooms (140 cm and 160 cm beds) and a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds (90 cm). Each of these three bedrooms benefits from its own private bathroom and toilet.

The infinity pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and can be heated upon request for an additional €30 per day.
