Summary: The hotel staff is helpful. The room and all amenities were clean. The only concern was the smell of smoke in my room, even though it was located in a non smoking area. I was told that some guests could smoke outside below my window. The smell wasn't bad in my room but enough for me to smell the tobacco in certain areas of the room.
