Positive: Clean and new, good size rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast, owner also made pick up from train station available

Negative: All three rooms we booked lacked good cold air conditioning, maybe filters need attention or maybe something else going. Would have rated hotel higher but air conditioning is such a game changer
