RESERVATION CONDITIONS: after booking through the website, Poggio alla Rocca will charge 50% of the amount owed on the credit card indicated by the Client; the credit card must be valid, with sufficient availability and amongst the accepted credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMERICAN EXPRESS,MAESTRO); at this point Poggio alla Rocca engages to send the Client an e-mail reservation confirmation with deposit payment receipt .
PAYMENT METHODS: at the moment of booking you will be charged 50% as a guarantee deposit on the credit card indicated by the Client; the remaining 50% (balance) will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
In the case of non-refundable at the time of booking, 100% will be charged as a penitential deposit which will be retained as a penalty in the event of cancellation, modification of the reservation of any kind, or no show.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In case of cancellation the following penalties follow:
Up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to stay, 50% of the agreed amount for leasing
Over 14 (fourteen) days prior to stay; 100% of the entire agreed amount for leasing
Failure to check-in on the reserved day is equivalent to cancellation of the reserved apartment, unless prior notice of delay by the Client has been made without any right to reimbursement of days of delay. If the guest chooses the discounted price "non-refundable" nothing is due in case of cancellation at any time after booking.
CAUTION: before handing over the apartment keys a 200€ deposit is required in cash or pre-authorization on a credit card which will be returned at the end of the stay, unless any damage or other miscellaneous items are reported and need to be charged.
