This 96m² first-floor holiday cottage features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area around a pellet stove. French doors open onto the terrace, perfect for gatherings with family and friends to enjoy simple, convivial moments. The spacious and welcoming bedrooms, decorated in natural colors, offer a choice of two single beds (140cm) and one double bed (140cm). The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. This former stone barn, dating back to 1904, is located in a small, unspoiled hamlet, free from new construction and light pollution: "your evenings on the terrace under the stars will be truly magical." The barn has been carefully renovated into a holiday cottage by the owner, respecting both the architecture and the environment, using healthy, natural materials: lime paint, excellent insulation (wood/reed wool), Fermacell partitions, etc. The cottage features two large terraces (36 and 50 m²) furnished and equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, shade sails, sun loungers, and a griddle. For your convenience, utilities and linens are included, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
