Rent a beautiful new mobile home in 2015 for 6/8 people in one of the most beautiful residential mobile home villages in France, at Les Mathes / La Palmyre, in the 4-star LES CHARMETTES park, which benefits from the exceptional sunshine rate of the Charente - Maritime, equivalent to that of the regions of the South of France.
It is very comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and a convertible bench in the living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Main equipment:
Washing machine, gas oven, microwave oven, 60cm television with French and foreign channels, 4 gas burners, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, hairdryer, fan, etc.
Covered terrace of 15m² with sunbathing on an ideal location without vis-à-vis (surrounded by high hedges). There is also a simple-to-use gas barbecue for outdoor cooking.

The village is located in LES MATHES commune of LA PALMYRE (17), in a green and peaceful area surrounded by cycle paths. It is located at:

The mobile home is non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside.
Duvets and pillows are included.
Tenants must nevertheless provide fitted sheets, sheets and pillowcases.
Conditions and regulations of the stay:
All reservations are established with a 30% deposit contract upon reservation + the balance 1 month before the rental date.
Mobile home deposit: 500 Euros + 80 Euros (Household) not cashed and returned within 1 week after inventory of fixtures.
Delivery and return of keys at the campsite reception
