This remarkable house was renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under the protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of The Republic of Croatia.
Villa Spalato is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors by staircase.
