The house opens onto an entrance hall and the staircase which leads to the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and their shared bathroom with bath and separate shower. The rooms have
plenty of storage.
On the ground floor, to the left of the living room is a pretty bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request into a large double bed). The master bedroom with private bathroom and double dressing room is located on the other side of a large TV lounge decorated with care turned to the outside and in particular a south-facing terrace and its large swimming pool.
A beautiful fireplace separates the living room from the dining room (table for 8 people) then the kitchen (modern and very well equipped) both also facing outwards.
On the terrace in front of the kitchen, sheltered from the sun, there is also a summer dining room equipped with a plancha, very pleasant for casual meals.
