On the ground floor there is a large living room with a stone fireplace and a large dining table, with a few steps next to it, the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, a double bedroom with a large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. Going down the stairs leads to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub / shower, a second kitchen with fireplace and dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub. The loggia at the main entrance of the villa is furnished with a comfortable wicker lounge, while next to the main kitchen a beautiful terrace equipped for cooking and dining outside.

Swimming pool (6x10 meters - depth 1.40, large garden, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, wi-fi internet connection, laundry with washing machine (extra cost).
Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly, towels change each 4 days).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
