Our house is very pleasant, comfortable, not overlooked, quiet, at the end of a dead end, away from the road. Shops nearby. You can do everything on foot or by bike.
It is located 800 m from the lake. Ideal for swimming with family and children, picnics and sports activities.
Close to the Atlantic Ocean (12km), direct access to cycle paths (just in front of our house), 30 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret.
You can also cycle on the many cycle paths, stroll in the forest just behind the house. Ideal for nature lovers.
Our house is made up of:

⁃1 entrance with wardrobe, 1 WC, 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer.
⁃1 kitchen with 1 fridge, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 induction hob
⁃1 spacious, comfortable and cozy living room with 1 office space
⁃1 large covered wooden terrace. A BBQ with plancha, 1 hammock, armchairs and table is available.
1 FLOOR :
⁃1 bedrooms: 1 160 bed with direct access to the upstairs terrace
⁃1 bedroom: 1 sofa bed
⁃1 mezzanine with a real mattress
⁃1 large bathroom with bathtub and 1 WC
⁃1 large covered terrace.
WIRELESS. Fully fenced garden, not overlooked. Possibility to park 1 car in the garden in front of the front door. 2 cars in front of the gate in our dead end.
Bike path access in front of the house.

⁃Our 2 cats stay on site. A person will come to take care of it 1-2 times a week. In the summer they are mostly outside, they do not approach children and are independent.
