Positive: The apartment has a beautiful view over looking Lago Trasimeno. It is close to many wonderful sites in Umbria and Tuscany. There are local amenities such as grocery stores within 5 kms which is very useful for self catering. It is in a rural location.

Negative: There was no information booklet provided. This meant that local knowledge had to be searched for on the internet but that did not help when needing to get a local taxi, decode how garbage and recycling were handled in the local community and provide guidance on local sites of interest. Another issue is that the walls are paper thin between units and even normal conversations can be heard between units. This was a problem because neighboring guests kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

Summary: This was a beautiful and well situated place to stay but not without its issues.
