Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 15 minutes from the Spanish "ventas"; 8 km from the beaches of Saint Jean de Luz (bus stops 5 minutes) and departure of hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail ...). No car passage!
