At the gates of Périgord and Quercy, a few kilometers from the beautiful sights of the Dordogne and Lot, this private estate of 20 hectares, maintained with care, offers two independent cottages in the heart of the Lot Valley for 5 people each. Ideally located in the heart of a forest of oaks and century-old pines, for nature holidays in the great outdoors.
Our Comfortable Cottage - Côté BONAGUIL is a detached cottage of 75 m² for five people, built in a cottage holiday spirit. Facing south and implanted in a private and wooded property of 20 hectares, it is ideal for a holiday of dreams and relaxation.
Built on the same model as the neighboring cottage "Côte Biron", "BONAGUIL Side" is perfectly independent and consists of two rooms each equipped with reversible air conditioning and ample storage space, perfect for the comfort of 4/5 people demanding. A master bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a triple room (two twin beds and a single bed 90 cm x 200 cm) share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Modernity of benefits
The large American kitchen is super equipped with plethora of storage space and a whole assortment of recent appliances and efficient offering a large dining area. A sitting area with a sofa bed, TV area, with wifi, TV TNT and playstation just complete the comfort.
Outside, in addition to the enjoyments shared on the rest of this holiday area in Lot et Garonne (unsupervised indoor pool, private tennis, multisport field ...), a large outdoor covered terrace of 25 m2 with garden furniture and an electric barbecue (no ash, no risk) and the sunbeds are at your disposal.

The tenants are responsible for the household's exit from the premises. In case of non-compliance, 70 € will be requested or withdrawn from the deposit.
We also ask a deposit of 200 € to be paid upon arrival on site.
