Positive: The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, once the local agent told us where to find the "hidden" binder with the WiFi password (after 2 days).

Negative: I have used Bookings happily for the last 12 years. I choose carefully and have always been extremely pleased with the accommodations However the rental experience with NEXITY was terrible. They were supposed to provide the local support. We never actually saw anyone in the 4 days. Their storefront was closed. We emailed them for the location of the WiFi password for the apartment and had to wait 2 DAYS for a reply. They had obviously closed for the season, so couldn't be bothered to honor the contract to put the Security deposit on our credit card. It caused me numerous emails and calls to Bookings, Poplidays and Nexity while traveling prior to our reservation. Booking reps were nice, but could only read the contract back to me - which Nexity was flat out refusing to honor.. They could provide no actual help and eventually referenced me to the middle agency Poplidays. Poplidays also claimed to be unable to process a credit card for the security deposit. At the last minute, Poplidays emailed me a link to process the card. How hard was that? I would avoid any rentals that used Poplidays or Nexity in France. I would have canceled if it had been an option.
