The large terrace in front of the house leads to the ground floor where you will find:
* a large kitchen fitted with numerous wooden cupboards and completely equipped: a table and six chairs, ideal for breakfast, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and TV.
* Leading off the kitchen, is the sitting/dining room with direct access onto the terrace. The dining area offers a table and chairs, a sideboard and mirror, and a cupboard. The sitting area has a sofa and two baroque style armchairs set around a coffee table, and a television.
A corridor leads to:
* a first bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, and a wardrobe.
* a separate toilet with wash handbasin
A few steps lead to a higher level, where you will find:
* a bedroom with a double bed (140cm wide), a dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps
* a second double bedroom (140cm wide bed), armchair, wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps. A cot provides sleeping accommodation for a baby.

The property benefits from two entries off the road: the first with a gate, and the second by a lane running along the rear of the house. The village of Beynac, with its famous castle, is accessible on foot from the house.
* the huge garden of over 2000m² offers an outside space where veryone can find their perfect spot either under the shade of the large fruit trees or on the large lawned areas for neverending ball games! The children can also make the most of the swing.

A little gite can be found at the entrance to the property (more than 50m away) and is occupied by an american couple, who are extremely discreet. They have their own terrace and garden and do not use the pool, which remains solely for your private use.
