Pleasant renovated old house, located in the center of the village Le Bois Plage in Ré and facing south.
You enter the old barn with beautiful stone walls and you can leave your bikes there.
On the ground floor, the main part consists of a cathedral living room with stone walls, a dining room with an American kitchen, a bedroom of 25 m2 (bedroom 1) with double bed (160x200) and a desk . The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, a large walk-in shower and a bathtub. The house is heated with a stove installed in March 2018.
Upstairs, around a large mezzanine landing, three bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: the smallest with a 140x190 bed, a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: spacious: A 160 x 200 bed plus a 90/190 bed. A large wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: spacious: 2 beds of 90x200 plus 1 bed 90x190 plus a large wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower and WC
The equipment allows you to spend a pleasant stay:
Wifi, television, washing machines for dishes and linen, microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils and appropriate crockery. Games for children.
Outside:
A very sunny garden with a beautiful wooden terrace. The teak table can accommodate 10 people. Deckchairs, a hammock provide the means to take a nap in the sun or in the shade.
Under a small awning, a sitting area with coffee table and two armchairs which provide additional space for resting, or for having breakfast, in the morning sun.
A barbecue is also available to our tenants.

The house enjoys an exceptional location, 900 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island and 2 steps from the market, the largest on the island, which is daily all year round.
The village is on the west side, halfway between the beginning and the end of the island, which makes it possible to radiate very easily. The bike paths are close to the house. You can easily leave your car in the parking lot and no longer use it.
Deposit by check of 1000 euros given on arrival. Cleaning fee 70 € possible. Sheets and towels available for 50 euros. Electricity beyond a reasonable consumption at 0.15 euros kw.
