Very nice family house atypical and joyful, full of charm with its large wooden steps, warm and bright, ideal for large family or group of friends. We call it the house of happiness ourselves. Our kitchen is equipped to make food for large tables. The enclosed garden of 4000 m², a main house of 230 m² and its wooden terrace, and two pretty wooden cabins on 40 m² with bedrooms and bathrooms also connected by a terrace.
At 14 people, we are very comfortable and off. And at 16 with 2 children in the bunk beds.
A room is isolated at the top of a staircase, 2 rooms are outside in the wooden cabins with their private bathroom, a large room communicates on one side on a private terrace and the other on a room smaller with 2 bunk beds that also communicates with a private bathroom and a toilet. This children's room communicates by a second door on the common parts of the house. Another bathroom is shared with the other 3 bedrooms with a separate toilet. Another bed via a sofa bed (140) is possible in the office that communicates on the one hand on common areas and on the other with one of the large rooms. It is much less comfortable even if the adjoining room also has a door that opens onto the outside. Finally in the local indoor pool accessible by the dining room and closed by shutters, another shower that also makes steam room for two, a sink and a toilet. The only place in the house open to smokers is the bow window with a set of rattan sofa and 2 armchairs. Garden furniture, bowling, basketball hoop, ping pong table are available, the laundry area is in the garage. Your 4-legged companions are welcome if they are good! Limited access to the bow window and collection of dung is mandatory for the enjoyment of all!
