La Vigne is an old 18th century stone farmhouse with a typically Perigord character.
Located in the hamlet of Clos des Pélissous, but with separate access and a private garden and swimming pool, it is completely independent. Its three bedrooms can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The house, facing south, opens onto a terrace where meals are taken in the summer, and a field well shaded by large trees. The swimming pool (8m x 4), heated as needed from the beginning of May to the end of September, is located in the immediate vicinity, on the side of the house. From its beaches there is a beautiful view overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The main room is composed of a large living space of 60 m² with a fireplace with Jotul wood stove around which you can relax in comfortable armchairs or sofa. Two large French windows make the room bright at all times. A flat screen TV, with DVD player and French and British satellite channels is available, as well as a mini stereo.
The kitchen is accessible directly from the dining area. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, a multifunction electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator.
A first bedroom with a queen size double bed (160x200) is on the lower ground floor (a few steps). It has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed (160x200), the other with a queen size double bed and two single beds (possibility of 4 single beds). A bathroom with bath, and separate toilet are on the landing, as well as a large built-in cupboard for storage.
The cottage was renovated in 2015. It is classified furnished with 3-star tourism
