Our ground floor house is very bright, spacious (160 m2) with all modern comforts, air-conditioned, surrounded by a landscaped garden (900 m2) with heated swimming pool, a putting green for golfers. Canal + in case of bad weather.
We are very well located in a quiet area. Ideal for visiting the region and all its tourist attractions 25 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the ocean and the Arcachon bay, 20 minutes from the Médoc vineyards.
