Quality services, neat decoration. Beautiful garden, beautiful view, and a parking space. The living room is very comfortable, the sofa and armchairs arranged around a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge, a microwave. It also contains plenty of storage space. we hold 4 around the table. The bedroom is very comfortable (160 cm bed) and well furnished on the first floor. The bathroom is located on the ground floor, it is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, WC, and heated towel rail. Bed linen is provided. Towels on request on the day of arrival: 10 euros/person/week
The patio door from the kitchen/dining room leads onto a private, south/west facing terrace ideal for al fresco dining, barbecuing or sunbathing. The terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers, garden furniture for 4 people, parasol etc. Very nice view of Domme. The separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The cottage is air conditioned. Location: The house offers an ideal base for visiting the tourist sites of Périgord (Sarlat, Domme, Rocamadour, the castles, prehistoric caves and vineyards of Bergerac and Cahors), to take advantage of the small village markets, to do hiking or renting bikes (many circuits around the house), to taste the local gastronomy, or simply to relax. You can rent canoes and kayaks 100m from the house. There is a small river beach 200m away...the perfect place to have a picnic, sunbathe or swim in the clean waters of the Dordogne. For a special occasion you can rent a hot air balloon to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

By plane: Bergerac airport is an hour's drive from Vitrac. The airports of Bordeaux, Toulouse, Limoges and Rodez are two hours away. All major car rental companies are located at these airports and the offices of Europcar and Rentacar are located in Sarlat (6 kilometers away).
By train: From Bordeaux and Bergerac you can take a direct train to Sarlat. From Paris and Toulouse you have to go via Souillac (half an hour away by car).
By car: From Paris, Toulouse and Limoges take exit 55 from the A20 and continue to Sarlat. Take the D46 to Vitrac. From Bordeaux take the A89 to exit 16 (Périgueux Est) and continue to Sarlat via Les Eyzies. Take the D46 to Vitrac. From Bergerac airport follow signs for Sarlat and continue to Vitrac on the D46
