Summary: Was good enough, like a university halls of of residence.
The property was quite far from the city centre, almost on the.main highway heading into town. I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to.
Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it.
Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

Summary: For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work.
The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.

Summary: Good convenient location to drive to tourist attractions in Provence. Walkable to city center for dinner. Counter staff during checkin and checkout during weekdays were friendly and helpful. However, counter staff on duty during weekend were not friendly. Basic amenities. Ought to provide facial tissue box.
