Built on two levels, the villa offers a living area of 400 sqm and distinct living areas:
THE HOUSE: The entrance is on a vestibule while bay window overlooking the countryside, it will immediately put you in the relaxing atmosphere of the house.
On one side is a first living space with living room, kitchen and three bedrooms upstairs. On the other side is the air-conditioned office space, fully glazed, air-conditioned gym, steam room, kitchenette and 3 bedrooms, 1 on ground floor.
The modern kitchen and fully equipped (surface about 30 m²) offers a clear view of the surrounding countryside. It opens with a large window on the outdoor dining area.
Upstairs this first space is a reading room / library and 3 air-conditioned rooms:
The first room (# 1 - 160cm bed) sharing a bathroom with bedroom 2 (20 m² - 160cm bed), toilets are separated.
The master suite (3 - bed 200cm - TV) has a large bathroom with tub, double sink, large Italian shower and toilet. A private terrace offers a quiet beautiful countryside views and pool.
The second living area consists of a ground floor (4 - 140cm bed) with shower room (large Italian shower) and toilet. On the floor is 2 rooms of the same size, each with their own spacious bathroom (5 - 160cm bed - and TV 6 2 beds of 80cm - TV)
A guest house, about 50 sqm air conditioned also be available on request. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with 140cm bed and a bathroom with shower.
THE GARDEN: 13. 000 m² landscaped and planted with a terrace kitchen, with a large table ideal for meals in the shade of a pergola of Virginia creeper and stretched canvas.
From this terrace, steps down to the pool of 13 x 5 m secured by alarm and barrier protection. Entry to the pool is via 6 steps over the entire width. From the pool, you will have a soothing view of the countryside and ancient trees (oaks, plane trees ...)
