Our house is on the way Saint Jacques de Compostela, direct access to the motorways of Toulouse and Bayonne. We are 30 minutes from Arcachon (Dune du Pyla), 2 hours from Biarritz and the Pyrenees. There are many cycling. There is a golf course 10 min, equestrian clubs, many wine estates, the Bordeaux city center is 20 minutes by car.
The house is modern, spacious (270 m2) comfortable and bright with a salt water pool. It offers views across the panorama of the forest and provides excellent tranquility.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms including a master suite with outdoor terrace, 2 water points and toilets.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet, 1 large living room and dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 pantry and 1 large office with its lounge and library.
The south facade has a large wooden deck by the pool, ideal for beach chairs, a plancha and garden furniture are available.
