Positive: Has a kitchen. Ground floor.

Negative: They expect you to clean everything before leaving including the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and floors. And sweep the terrace and remove rubbish. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. The place was dirty and shabby. Poor lighting, uncomfortable beds. Way overpriced. Don't go it's a bad deal.
