Ideally located, you can go by bike (1km) to the city center to do your market, drink a coffee on the terrace or discover our beautiful Landes evenings, but also, discover our cycle paths and go to the lake (3km) to go boating, paddle or have fun at Aqua leisure. You are also 20km from Biscarrosse beach and 32km from Mimizan beach to try your hand at surfing lessons. The house has an entrance with storage leading to the living room. This consists of a television with WIFI and FIBER as well as a large table to enjoy your meals. Also, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave as well as a refrigerator... For more practicality, a pantry is adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine. Three bedrooms are available: one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, the second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and the third bedroom has 2 90 cm beds to accommodate up to 6 people. A bathroom is available with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet for more comfort. On the exterior side, a veranda allows you to enjoy your meals and a large garden surrounds the house to enjoy the sunny days. Finally, a parking space completes the rental.
