Our 2007 home, offers all the amenities. Close to bike paths and beaches. You will fully enjoy sports activities (horse riding, sailing, walking) and cultural activities (museums, lighthouse ..).
Located in a cul de sac, close to bike paths, covered market, it is ideal to discover the island. The house has been approved by the Charente Maritime Tourism Organization. 3 "vintage" bicycles are at your disposal: 2 adults, 1 child. Terrace, enclosed garden, car parking. The linen (bedding and toilet) is not provided. On the other hand, duvets, blankets and pillows (65x65) are available.
Equipment housing: TV, LV, LL, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, freezer / fridge. You will have enough kitchen equipment to make small country dishes.
A cot is available.
The house has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs.
The whole house and enclosed garden are available to tenants. A car location is planned.
The price is per night. Weekly rental. The house is located in a quiet area, close to shops (covered market 1 km, bakery and media library 600m).

The beaches surround the island: the nearest are 2kms: Les Sables Vigniers, Domino and Les Bonnes. Our favorite is the beach Gautrelle (5km), accessible by bike, on the edge of the forest, facing Fort Boyard and overlooking the island of Ré and overlooking the pertuis. In the high season, a free shuttle bus is available to reach the beaches of the island. Water sports: paddle, surf, windsurf ...
The marinas of Douhet, Saint Denis and fishing at the Cotinière are worth a trip alone!
A visit to the lighthouse Chassiron is essential by eating waffles, pancakes and salted caramel sweets!
Hiking trails will allow you to cross the vineyards and typical villages of the island. (see tourist office of St George).
Possibility of an excursion at sea for Fort Boyard and the island of Aix.
The price per week varies according to the seasons. The tourist tax is fixed at 1.50 € per day and per person from mid-June to mid-September. Payment will be made upon arrival.
A deposit of 600 € will be required and will be returned to you following the inventory of your exit.
Cleaning fees are not included. Tenants are simply asked to make the dwelling clean and to think of the next tenants. If applicable, the deposit will be retained.
