Positive: Well connected and safe location. Well equipped flat with an excellent TV

Negative: very loud building fire alarm went off twice for 45-60mins each time, apparently because someone was smoking in one of the flats, had to wait a long time before someone was able to reach the place to turn it off, was hugely disruptive for all residents. 7/10 is a generous rating considering how ridiculous that experience was! kitchen is tiny and very minimally equipped. lacked proper soundproofing, large gap under the main door letting in all sounds from the hallway. AC stopped working and staff were unhelpful to fix it
