Positive: Staying in a treehouse was thrilling for the kids and the whole park was pleasant, interesting to look at and relaxing. We did the adventure course and it was great. Pool area was lovely and the lake was amazing. Very nice activities.

Negative: I didn’t like the games room for kids full of arcade games that you need to pay for right next to the restaurant. It seemed a bit exploitative. Food in the restaurants was only ok. Limited options particularly in the snack bar. Restaurant seemed to be chaotic. Reception area was very understaffed the two days we were there and although the staff were very efficient, helpful and welcoming, they were under a lot of pressure with queues all day long both days we were there. Website needs to be reviewed - it is not very user friendly and lacks information.
