It is located inside an old villa, typical of southern Sardinia, completely renovated, opened on the internal garden, and totally independent.
It is 50 square meters large, consists of a living room with kitchen, equipped with the necessary to cook and to have meals, a comfortable bathroom, where is located a washing machine, and a bedroom, where you can add a cot for a baby (max 4-5 years old).
The kitchen is fitted with an electric owen, a microwave and a fireplace.
House is provided with air conditioning, wi-fi link to internet and television.
Guests can freely use the equipment and outdoor spaces, where they can relax in peace, and eat breakfast or meals in a quiet atmosphere of holiday (there are garden equipment and barbecue).
The house offers the opportunity to spend a period of holiday and relax in a very comfortable and quiet place, as in a "beach house", with the advantage of being in the city, and being included in the local characteristic context, certainly not frantic.
The beach is 10 minutes by car, and a beach umbrella and two sea chair are available, for the days dedicated here.
