Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, our house is ideal for enjoying day trips: 10 minutes from Chateau de la Roche Courbon, from the edges of Charentes, 20 minutes from the coast, madame island, from Saintes and Rochefort, 30 minutes from Marennes and the island of Oléron, Fouras and the island of Aix, 40 minutes from La Rochelle, the island of Ré, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin, 1 hour 30 minutes from Futuroscope.
You will find an entrance with a stove, a large living room with an insert (living room and dining room), a kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), a laundry room with washing machine - washing machine and dryer and a bathroom with wc and a very spacious shower.
